EveryMatrix is a leading B2B SaaS provider delivering iGaming software, content and services. We provide casino, sports betting, platform and payments, and affiliate management to 200 customers worldwide. We are seeking an experienced Chief Product Officer to drive our CRM product strategy, vision, and execution. In this role, you will lead a dynamic team of product managers, business analysts, and designers to build a solution which will help our clients enhance player engagement, optimize customer interactions, and provide deep analytics and personalization. Build and scale product teams, ensuring the right talent is in place to execute the product vision. Ensure that products are launched on schedule and meet high-quality standards by guiding cross-functional teams through the product lifecycle. Partner with engineering, data science and AI teams to develop features that leverage cutting-edge technology, such as AI personalization, machine learning models for player behaviour predictions, and data analytics tools. Proven track record in product management and strategy within the gambling industry. ~ Experience with CRM technologies, customer data platforms (CDP’s), and AI/ML integrations. ~ Familiarity with data analytics, automation technologies and AI/ML as applied to player interaction platforms. ~ Experience in using different product management techniques to drive product success. ~ Customer-centric approach with a focus on delivering exceptional user experiences. 25 days of annual leave. ~
