Everyman Cinema is seeking an Operations Chef to lead food quality and guest experience across multiple venues.

You’ll work with the Head of Food, Kitchen Managers and venue teams to coach, develop people and drive operational excellence in every kitchen you visit.

You’ll embed our food strategy, ensuring teams feel confident, capable and proud of what they serve, while shaping menu launches and improvements across sites.
