As a General Manager, you will inspire the team to deliver a memorable Everyman experience to all our guests. - Full autonomy to drive the business to achieve long‑term profitability and be responsible for making sure your venue performs to the best of its abilities.

- Full confidence in running all aspects of the complex businesses and having full P&L accountability.

- Work closely with the operations team to maximise service delivery opportunities in turn, ensuring the continued success of the cinema.
