Responsibilities
- Be a passionate and dynamic leader who can train and motivate a team to deliver exceptional service while maintaining commercial and operational excellence.
- Maintain an eye for detail, ensuring everything looks as it should before service.
- Run all aspects of the kitchen, including rotas, stock control and ordering.
- Keep a sharp understanding of kitchen health & safety, food safety and related administrative tasks.
- Work closely with the venue management team to maximise service delivery opportunities and ensure continued success of the cinema.
Qualifications
