We're looking for an Operations Manager to oversee a number of venues across the North of the UK. Reporting to the Head of Operations, this is an exciting opportunity for an experienced multi-venue leader who shares a passion for hospitality and people and is looking to make a meaningful impact across the business.
The Opportunity
As an Operations Manager for Everyman, you will partner closely with Venue Managers and their management teams to drive performance, develop talent and deliver exceptional guest experiences across your region. Success in this role comes from your ability to lead through people. You'll be responsible for developing capability across your region, building strong management teams and creating a culture of accountability, ownership and continuous improvement. This is a highly visible, hands-on leadership role that requires someone who can balance strong business performance and operational excellence with authentic, people-focused leadership.
What You'll Be Responsible For
- Leading, coaching and developing Venue Managers and management teams, building high-performing and highly motivated teams, creating a culture of engagement, accountability, ownership and continuous improvement.
- Driving operational excellence across your region, ensuring our venues consistently deliver exceptional experiences for our guests.
- Delivering sustainable business performance by identifying opportunities to grow revenue, improve profitability and maximise the potential of each venue.
- Building strong talent pipelines through effective recruitment, succession planning and the development of future leaders.
- Using data, insight and feedback to drive decision-making, solve challenges and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Working collaboratively with support teams to deliver strategic priorities, whilst ensuring venues operate safely, compliantly and in line with company standards.
