We are looking for a Kitchen Manager to lead our vibrant and friendly kitchen team at EVERYMAN. As a Kitchen Manager, you will be a true kitchen leader, inspiring the team to deliver a memorable Everyman dining experience to all our guests.

Responsibilities

  • Be a passionate and dynamic leader, training and motivating the team to deliver exceptional service to all guests while maintaining commercial and operational excellence.
  • Ensure every food item that leaves the kitchen is of the highest quality and presentation.
  • Run all aspects of the kitchen, including rotas, stock control and ordering.
  • Maintain kitchen health & safety, food safety and administrative tasks.
  • Work closely with the venue management team to maximise service delivery opportunities and ensure the continued success of the cinema.

Qualifications

  • Genuine passion for hospitality and a desire to lead and inspire teams.
  • Personality and confidence to engage with staff and guests.
  • Love for food, drink, customer service and people.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with business savvy and self‑drive.
  • Previous experience as a Kitchen Manager, Head or Sous Chef, preferably in a fast‑paced, branded operation.
