We’re opening auditions for a Sous Chef to help us deliver the consistent high‑quality experience that Everyman has become famous for. Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring that each and every item that leaves the kitchen is of the highest standards.
  • Supporting the Head Chef in the smooth running of the kitchen, doing everything you can to make sure our guests have the best possible experience whilst in our venue.
  • Deputising for the Head Chef as and when required.
  • Delivering training to the rest of the kitchen team joining our Everyman family.
  • Stocktaking.

  • Previous experience in a kitchen environment is essential, ideally from a fast‑paced, branded operation.
