Assistant Manager – Everyman Glasgow

Responsibilities

  • Support the Venue & Deputy Manager in the smooth running of the venue, ensuring guests have the best experience while they are there.
  • Deliver training to Team Members joining the Everyman family.
  • Delegate responsibilities for Team Member recruitment, social media marketing, film scheduling, stock taking, and other key duties in collaboration with the management team.

Qualifications

  • Have a genuine passion for hospitality and for ensuring that the teams they lead share this passion.
  • Possess a large personality and be not afraid to use it.
  • Love food, drink, customer service, and, above all, people.
  • Have an entrepreneurial spirit with business savvy and self‑drive.
