Your role
As our Product / UX Designer, you’ll be at the core of shaping Everyman’s customer experience—from first touchpoint on landing pages, through our medical diagnosis flow, to checkout, to post purchase engagement and re-ordering and managing their treatment plans.
You\’ll have the autonomy to shape, envision, and build seamless customer flows. Without a full time product manager defining every detail for you, you\’ll play a pivotal role in understanding user needs and driving impactful design decisions.
We are Everyman Health
- We are building the most customer-obsessed European consumer health platform delivering an “11-star” patient experience.
- We are looking for a UX Designer who is ready to roll up their sleeves and optimize our customer journey from landing pages to conversion funnel to retention loops
- You will work part- or full time (4-5 days per week) and will be a core member of our team, closely collaborating with engineering, marketing and product
- We are a team of experienced technology builders (ex-Google, McKinsey, Stripe) and offer a competitive comp package
Responsibilities
- Visual Design Lead: It will be your task to make Everyman look freaking awesome — from typography to layout, you own the visual magic that makes people say damn, this is beautiful
- Conversion Optimization: Improve our 18-step medical funnel, landing pages, and checkout flows through research, testing, and iteration
- Retention & Patient Experience: Shape post-purchase journeys with better email flows, and a powerful MyPatient space
- Scalable Design System: Lay the groundwork for a cohesive UI/UX foundation for future growth
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, tech, and product to optimize and elevate the Everyman experience
Need to have
- 5+ years of UX/UI experience in e-commerce, healthtech, or conversion heavy D2C products
- A proven track record in landing page optimization, and funnel performance improvements
- Strong portfolio showing work on conversion-driven digital products
- Tools: Figma & UX research platforms
- Highly structured approach: You break big problems into actionable solutions
- Ability to work independently (remote, async-friendly)
- Fluent English, German is a plus
Nice to have
- Experience in digital health or healthcare
- Experience with subscription models
- Experience working in fast-moving startups or scale-ups
- Ability to travel to Zurich (occasional in-person work)
