Salary: £25,500–£27,500 plus commission (OTE £65,000)

The Role
You’ll be speaking to customers who already want to book - your job is to close the sale, elevate the experience through upsells and upgrades, and re‑engage warm leads and previous customers through outbound calls to maximise revenue. If you thrive in a fast‑paced, performance‑driven environment, love converting opportunities into sales, and are motivated by results and commission, this role is for you.
- Convert high-volume inbound enquiries into confirmed bookings
- Upsell premium experiences, add‑ons, and upgrades to maximise order value
- Proactively call warm leads and lapsed customers to drive new bookings
- Hit (and exceed) daily, weekly, and monthly revenue targets
- Maintain high-quality CRM records and pipeline discipline
- Collaborate with sales and customer teams to continuously improve conversion
This is a fast‑paced, commercial environment where performance is measured, recognised, and rewarded.
