We’re the UK’s largest and most diverse driving experience provider, with a fleet of 300+ vehicles ranging from hot hatches and performance cars to supercars, movie icons, and track-focused vehicles. We deliver hundreds of thousands of unforgettable experiences every year at some of the UK’s most iconic circuits. At our Dunsfold Aerodrome base, you’ll be hands-on with machinery most techs only ever see on films and posters. Every day is different. Every car is exciting.
Our culture
- Fuelled by passion. We love what we do, and it shows.
- Safety and quality at full throttle. Our customers trust us with their dream drive.
- Stronger as a team. Just good people doing great work.
- Always pushing forward. Better cars, better systems, better skills.
- Making moments that matter. We create memories, not just repairs.
- Own it. We take responsibility and get things done.
The role
We’re looking for an experienced Motor Vehicle Technician to join our in-house workshop team. You’ll be keeping our performance and high-value fleet in peak condition so every car is safe, reliable, and event-ready. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role with proper variety – not the same services on the same cars, day in, day out.
Your day-to-day will include:
- Inspecting, diagnosing, servicing & repairing an exciting mix of vehicles.
- Fault-finding across mechanical & electrical systems.
- Pre-event safety checks and test drives.
- Working with parts to keep stock flowing smoothly.
- Keeping clean, accurate service records.
- Supporting breakdown recovery and keeping the workshop running sharp.
- Occasionally supporting live driving events (yes, it’s as cool as it sounds).
What we are looking for:
- Level 2 or 3 qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance/Repair (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience as a vehicle technician or mechanic.
- Confident with mechanical & electrical diagnostics.
- Full UK driving licence (up to 6 points).
- Detail-focused, organised, and safety-minded.
- A strong team player with good communication.
- Genuine interest in performance cars, motorsport & automotive engineering.
What's in it for you?
- Competitive salary based on experience.
- Full time, permanent position with stability.
- Daily access to a fleet of performance & supercars.
- Free & discounted driving experiences.
- Training, development & progression opportunities.
- Supportive team in a genuinely unique environment.
If you’re a skilled technician who’s bored of the same cars on repeat and wants to work with machines that actually make your heart beat faster, we would love to hear from you.
Apply now and help keep the UK’s most exciting driving experiences on track.
