We\’re now looking for an experienced, customer-focused Freelance Hospitality Manager to take the lead on guest-facing operations at our Southern region venues and events.

The Job

You\’ll lead the hospitality side of our Southern based events by managing guest arrival, flow and support, while also playing a key role in upselling photo, media and upgrade driving experiences packages to maximise the customer experience and your own earning potential.

Role Duties

• Manage the front-of-house area, including check-in, briefings, and customer flow.
• Supervise guest-facing sales areas including photo/USB and upgrade desks.
• Support and guide our freelance hospitality staff throughout the event day.
• Deliver excellent customer service and resolve issues professionally.
• Take an active role in upselling on-the-day products and experiences to earn Commission

Who We Are Looking For

• Previous experience in hospitality, events, or customer-facing roles.
• Confident communicator with a professional, sales-aware approach.
• Strong organisational and leadership skills.
• Comfortable working weekends and weekdays in a busy outdoor environment.
• Self-employed, able to travel to Dunsfold Aerodrome and other venues in the South.
