Everyman Driving Experiences is looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Fabricator / Vehicle Technician to join our workshop team based at Dunsfold Park. Working with a diverse fleet of performance, prestige, and track vehicles, you will play a key role in maintaining, repairing, modifying, and preparing cars for customer driving experiences and events.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out fabrication, welding, and vehicle modification work to a high standard
  • Repair and maintain a wide range of performance and track vehicles
  • Diagnose mechanical and structural issues efficiently
  • Fabricate brackets, mounts, exhaust systems, and bespoke components as required
  • Prepare vehicles for track use and customer events
  • Perform routine servicing, inspections, and preventative maintenance
  • Work closely with the operations team to ensure vehicle availability and safety
  • Maintain workshop cleanliness, organisation, and health & safety standards
  • Assist with loading, transportation, and event support when required

Skills & Experience Required

  • Previous experience in vehicle fabrication, motorsport, or automotive engineering
  • Competent MIG/TIG welding and metal fabrication skills
  • Strong mechanical knowledge and hands-on workshop experience
  • Experience working on high-performance or specialist vehicles desirable
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Full UK driving licence required
  • Motorsport or track experience advantageous but not essential
