We’re now looking for an Operations Chef to help bring our food vision to life across our venues. /p p This is more than a kitchen role – it’s an opportunity to shape how food feels, tastes and performs across the Everyman experience. /p p b THE ROLE /b /p p As an Operations Chef, you’ll work closely with our Head of Food, Kitchen Managers and Venue teams to ensure we consistently deliver exceptional food standards across your region. You’ll be a hands-on leader, coach and collaborator – driving food quality, developing people and supporting operational excellence in every kitchen you visit. /p p You’ll play a key role in embedding our food strategy, ensuring our teams feel confident, capable and proud of what they serve. /p p b WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING /b /p p Food Quality Guest Experience /p p · Championing the Everyman food offer, ensuring consistency, quality and presentation across all venues /p p · Supporting teams during peak service to elevate execution and guest satisfaction /p p · Playing a key role in menu launches and continuous improvement of our food offering /p p People Development /p p · Coaching and developing Kitchen Managers and their teams to build high-performing kitchens /p p · Supporting recruitment, onboarding and progression of future kitchen leaders /p p · Driving engagement with training programmes and development pathways /p p Operational Excellence /p p · Improving efficiency, consistency and profitability across kitchens /p p · Supporting strong stock control, waste reduction and productivity standards /p p · Contributing to new openings, relaunches and key projects /p p Food Safety Compliance /p p · Ensuring the highest standards of food safety, allergen management and compliance /p p · Supporting venues through audits, reviews and EHO visits /p p Supporting the Head of Food /p p · Providing insight, feedback and recommendations to evolve our food strategy /p p · Supporting menu development, testing and implementation /p p b ABOUT YOU /b /p p · A passionate food leader with multi-site or area experience /p p · A natural coach who knows how to bring out the best in people /p p · Commercially aware, with a strong understanding of kitchen operations and performance /p p · Obsessed with quality, consistency and guest experience /p p · Comfortable working across multiple venues, building relationships and driving standards /p p b WHY JOIN EVERYMAN? /b /p p · Be part of a growing, innovative brand that’s changing the cinema experience /p p · Work with passionate teams who genuinely care about great food and guest moments /p p · Opportunity to shape and influence food strategy across multiple sites /p p · Competitive salary + benefits /p p At Everyman, we don’t just serve food – we create moments.
