As Kitchen Manager, you will be responsible for all food-related aspects, ensuring every item leaving your kitchen is of the highest quality. You will need:
- To be a passionate and dynamic leader, capable of training and motivating a team to deliver exceptional service while maintaining operational excellence.
- An eye for detail to ensure everything looks perfect before service.
- Confidence in managing all aspects of the kitchen, including rotas, stock control, and ordering.
- A strong understanding of kitchen health & safety, food safety, and administrative tasks.
- To work closely with the venue management team to maximize service opportunities and ensure the cinema\’s continued success.
