We're looking for a Restaurant Manager to lead our Spielburger team in Everyman Hampstead - the original home of our burger legend. As Restaurant Manager, you'll bring energy, leadership, and a passion for great food and warm hospitality, ensuring every guest leaves feeling like the star of the show. Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire the Spielburger team to deliver top-tier service and incredible food
- Support the General Manager in the daily running of the Hampstead venue
- Take ownership of restaurant performance - from service quality to stock management
- Drive training, team development, and a culture of fun, flair, and genuine hospitality
- Deputise for the GM when required and help shape the Everyman experience from kitchen to screen
