You will be provided with full, extensive training and development to aid your growth and success. The Role As a Customer Account Manager, you will be involved in the whole process of providing loans to our customers. Initially, you’ll be speaking to customers who are enquiring about the loan application, establishing the requirements of the customer and their affordability, processing the loan agreement, and most importantly; ensuring that the customer is supported through the full lifecycle of their loan. This role requires strong communication skills and excellent rapport building on the phone, as well as having an excellent eye for detail. We are passionate about our customers and our employees demonstrate this daily in delivering excellent customer service and positive outcomes in the interactions that we have with them. Previous experience in financial services not necessary as full training provided. You will need to be flexible around hours as some evening and weekend work will be required.
