Location – Newcastle, Maitland or Central Coast

Employment Type – Full time, Part time (4 days per week) or 9-day fortnight

Salary – $77,200 – $80,104 per annum (inclusive of annual leave loading) + superannuation + vehicle options + mobile + laptop + options to boost salary up to $10,000

Supervision and Support – Valued at up to $32,600

  • Be supported to deliver evidence-based therapy in environments that matter most to participants - homes, schools, workplaces, and communities.
  • Empower participants to overcome barriers and achieve their personal goals.
  • Collaborate within an interdisciplinary team to share ideas and create innovative solutions.
  • Build meaningful relationships that drive positive change with participants.

Your First Year Includes:

  • Comprehensive Induction: Your first month is dedicated to building foundational skills and understanding interdisciplinary teamwork.
  • 1:1 Clinical Supervision: Get personalised guidance from experienced mentors and supervisors to enhance your clinical confidence and skills.
  • Structured Learning: Dive into both interdisciplinary and discipline-specific modules, covering the fundamentals of therapy planning, high-impact interventions, multi-modal communication, and managing complex behaviours.
  • Professional Development: Strengthen your clinical expertise with a tailored approach while also developing essential professional skills like time management, coaching, and participant engagement.

What You’ll Need

  • A recently completed Occupational Therapy degree and current (or pending) AHPRA registration.
  • Ability to obtain a NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children Check.
  • A valid driver’s license and willingness to work in community settings.
