We offer an enhanced rate of pay, rates for Level 1 – Level 3 in the Extra Care Schemes range from £12.60 – £13.10. As well as fantastic rates of pay, we also provide our care assistants with a range of employee benefits:

What we look for in a Personal Support Assistant:

  • Previous experience in care or as a care assistant is not necessary. Full training is always provided.
  • The right to work in the UK
  • A kind nature and passion for making a difference as a personal support assistant
  • A valid driver’s license is desirable and use of your own car if possible but not essential
