EveryDay Care & Support, a Social Enterprise wholly owned by the Age UK North Tyneside Group, are looking to recruit an Area Care & Support Manager.

We are looking for an organised and experienced manager to assist the Head of EveryDay Care & Support to ensure the effective and efficient provision of a quality domiciliary Care at Home Service, in order to meet the needs and aspirations of customers, their families and friends and to meet contractual obligations, statutory requirements and pre-determined service delivery standards.
The Salary range is: £33,833 – £38,962
The successful candidate will line manage teams comprising of Area Coordinators, Team Leaders and PSA staff operating within the service, providing supervision and support in line with objectives and standards.
They will lead and motivate the staff team in meeting the personal care and support needs of customers in a way that promotes independence, respect and dignity of the individual.
They will also manage the performance of the team including financial, staff and service performance and work to achieve key performance indicators set each year. xiskglj
