Making a difference to people\’s lives – that\’s what our Specialist Health Advisors do every day!
Our Advisors deliver client consultations, produce health plans and conduct health assessments for a wide range of clients from different backgrounds and with a range of health and wellbeing needs.
You will monitor progress through client reviews and give help and advice on ways to improve quality of life – motivating and helping to break down barriers so they can achieve their personal goals.
You will be able to form close relationships with a range of people, both within Everybody and external partners to ensure our clients have the best possible chance of success.
You will complete Refer-all tasks within required timeframes, using effective monitoring and client communication, and ensuring all provisions are delivered safely and effectivity inline with NICE guidance, qualification requirements and best practice.
Must hold a Level 3 GP Referral Qualification.

Salary: Grade F/G: £25,707.36 – £28,838.36 (subject to qualifications and experience)
Hours: 37 per week.
Fixed Term (Maternity) Cover until October 2026.
Location: Congleton Leisure Centre with a half day at Wilmslow & Poynton Leisure Centre\’s
Closing date: 10th August 2025.
