Do you have a passion for promoting Health and Wellness whilst being a key driver in the growth of memberships? We are looking for a Sales Development Manager to help develop & implement strategic initiatives to increase memberships, monitor trends and stay informed about industry developments.
Responsibilities
- Collaborating with various departments including Marketing, Operations and Customer Experience, you will ensure successful implementation & promotion of offers.
- Manage and mentor a team of sales representatives, providing training and ongoing support to enhance their performance and achieve individual and team goals.
- Analyse current membership pricing structures and recommend adjustments to maximise competitiveness and perceived value.
- Use data analytics tools to generate insights and identify trends that inform future sales strategies - preparing and presenting regular reports on membership sales performance, retention rates, and customer feedback to senior management & leadership.
Contract Details
- Location: Holmes Chapel
- Hours: Part Time (3 Days - approx 22.2 hours per week)
- Salary: £38-39k subject to pending pay award when advertised on 2nd March 2026
- Closing date: 16th March 2026
- This is a temporary contract for a minimum of 12 months to cover maternity leave.
