Pool Lifeguards ensure swimmers and non-swimmers keep coming back to their local swimming pool time and time again to enjoy activities such as lane swimming, pool parties, family swims and swimming lessons - creating lasting happy memories of their local swimming pool.

NPLQ Required, or you must be enrolled on one of our NPLQ courses. Salary: Starting Salary only £24,099.67. Contracted roles follow a three-point grading structure, with the opportunity to advance annually through the PDR (Performance and Development Review) process.
Location: Poynton Leisure Centre. Hours: 31 hours per week (Part Time). Mix of morning, midday & evenings and weekends. Closing date: 11th March 2026. Competency Assessment Date: 18th March 2026 at Poynton Leisure Centre (1:30pm until 3:30pm).
