Based in our head office in Holmes Chapel, our Level 3 Business Support Apprenticeship is perfect for a conscientious and reliable people person with strong organisation, communication and IT skills.

Apprenticeships allow you to learn as you earn! You can gain nationally recognised qualifications and valuable experience – and get paid whilst you do it! You could join our marketing team – our award winning apprentice program will put you on the path to an exciting career in the Marketing industry.

You must have a keen interest in social media, be able to provide excellent customer service, have good organisational skills & be confident using a variety of platforms including the full Microsoft Suite, Canva and lots more.

You will be trained in the use of graphic design software including Photoshop & InDesign, social media monitoring systems & website software. You will be required to support events throughout Cheshire East, support administration tasks & other general marketing activities.

Through the apprenticeship, as well as learning about the leisure industry, you’ll gain first-hand experience of a wide range of administrative, marketing skills, with a focus on learning how to make a business flourish through its marketing campaigns.

You will help with collaboration of internal teams to support on marketing campaigns across Cheshire East. You will also assist with staff guidance to ensure all are properly briefed and comfortable with these campaigns, such as front-desk staff and our sales team.

Salary

  • Year 1 (months 1 – 6): £19,772 per annum
  • Year 1 (months 7 – 12): £21,561 per annum
  • Year 2 (months 1 – 6): £21,774 per annum *Subject to performance reviews

Hours: 37 hours per week
