Ready to deliver projects that make a real impact? We’re looking for a Projects Lead to help coordinate £2m+ of investment projects over the next 12–18 months — from leisure centre facility upgrades to exciting new products and services (including Padel). This is a hands‑on role at the heart of our organisation, working with stakeholders across the business to turn plans into reality.
What you’ll be doing:
- Coordinating multiple projects from concept through delivery
- Supporting planning, reporting, budgets, risks and milestones
- Working closely with internal teams and external partners
- Using Microsoft 365 tools to keep projects on track
What we’re looking for:
- Previous experience in a projects or coordination role OR a recent graduate with relevant academic or practical project experience
- Strong ICT skills with extensive Microsoft 365 experience
- Organised, proactive and confident working with multiple priorities

- Salary: Career Grade G/H £30,020 - £36,497 (depending on experience)
