Responsibilities
- Monitor pool and non‑simmer safety, ensuring a welcoming and safe environment.
- Assist with swim parties, family swims, swimming lessons and lane swimming.
- Act as a local role model to young swimmers and promote lifelong healthy habits.
- Support team teamwork and make people smile.
Qualifications
- NPLQ qualified or enrolled in an NPLQ course (funding available).
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Commitment to Standard or Enhanced DBS.
Position details
- Hours: 15.383 hours per week – early, daytime, evenings, weekends.
- Salary: £24,099.67 per annum pro rata.
- Location: Knutsford Leisure Centre – 7 days a week pool hours 6am‑10pm.
- Closing Date: 11th January 2026.
- Shift rota basis across the week and weekends.
