Our fantastic Duty Managers are multi-tasking heroes – they run services like clockwork and make sure visitors have a great time in our leisure centres.

You\’ll thrive in a busy environment and bring the centre team together to offer an exceptional experience to customers – as a Duty Manager you\’ll be responsible for health & safety and customer care each day.

Duty Managers also support the ongoing operations of the centre – from managing bookings, ongoing H&S compliance, external accreditations (e.g. Quest and IIP), recruitment, site specific compliance checks, and financial management to name but a few No two days are the same

Ideally, with a Level 2 or 3 fitness qualification and a passion for all things fitness. There may be an opportunity to top the role up to full time hours either on the gym floor as a fitness experience lead or teaching some of our amazing fitness classes.

Hours: 18.5 per week (Part Time)

Salary: ÂŁ25,707 per annum (pro-rata)
