Join Our Team as a Team Leader! We are looking for a Team Leader to act as a peer and positive role model, overseeing the work of the lifeguard team to ensure high standards of safety and customer satisfaction. The role includes reviewing systems of work and serving as the main link between the Duty Manager and lifeguard staff. Work closely with Academy trainers to regularly review lifeguard processes, ensuring training is efficient, effective, and consistently delivered. Provide relief cover for the Duty Manager, taking full responsibility for the facility, customers, financial procedures, and staff during those periods.
Requirements:
- Current NPLQ, FAW, and Health & Safety qualifications.
- Demonstrate strong customer service skills and ability to motivate and support colleagues.
- A Level 2 Fitness Instructor qualification is desirable, with willingness to learn, develop, and embrace new ideas.
Salary: Grade E - £25,530.70. Contracted roles follow a three-point grading structure, with the opportunity to advance annually through the PDR (Performance and Development Review) process.
