Catering Assistant – Part Time @ Holmes Chapel
Hours: 24 | Location: Holmes Chapel Community Centre | Closing date: 22nd October 2025
Join our team as a Cafe Assistant and you can help people live well and for longer by creating an enjoyable experience in our cafe. Cafe Assistants pour coffee, serve treats, and greet customers with a friendly smile and conversation.
Job duties include: till work, coffee making, basic food preparation, stocking/maintaining vending machines, and maintaining the soft play area.
Salary: £23,639.33
Contracted roles follow a three point grading structure, with the opportunity to advance annually through the PDR (Performance and Development Review) process.
Please note that all candidates applying for roles within our leisure centres or in health/sports provision are required to undergo a Standard or Enhanced DBS. As part of this process, you must declare any information that may be disclosed in your DBS check before the check is initiated. This includes all criminal convictions or cautions, including traffic offences.
