We are seeking enthusiastic Otago Falls Prevention Instructors to join our team to deliver both in-person group and remote classes across Cheshire East as part of the One You contract. We have two part-time roles and casual opportunities available.
Otago Falls Prevention Instructors support individuals who have fallen or have poor balance and mobility by instructing safe, correct techniques, implementing evidence-based exercises, and motivating participants to remain independent.
As an Otago Falls Prevention Instructor, you will provide high-quality in-person and remote group exercise classes, helping our members improve wellbeing and participate safely and enjoyably — enhancing balance, strength, and coordination.

Priority will be given to qualified applicants (Otago or PSI qualification required) for the two part-time roles. We also welcome aspiring instructors who hold a Level 2 qualification in Health & Fitness (and ideally Level 3 GP referral, though not essential) to join our aspiring pathway.
