Health & Fitness Advisor (Gym Instructor) - Part Time Macclesfield Central

Health & Fitness Advisors create fantastic experiences full of energy and enthusiasm for our customers. As a friendly face on the gym floor, you will support customers of all ages & abilities, from new gym users through rehabilitation to hardcore fitness enthusiasts. You’ll help each and every customer make the most of their workout by delivering great inductions, designing programmes to achieve their goals, and ensuring our gyms remain vibrant, safe and clean.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging inductions for new gym members.
• Design and monitor personalised fitness programmes.
• Assist customers of all abilities, including rehab and advanced training.
• Maintain a safe, tidy gym environment.
• Work collaboratively as part of a team and provide a welcoming atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Qualified to Level 2 (L2) in health and fitness.

Contract Details

• Hours: 19 per week (Part‑time).
• Salary Grade D: £12.49 per hour.
• Location: Everybody @ Macclesfield Central.
• Closing date: 27th January 2026.
