Join our team as a Customer Experience Advisor! Our Customer Service Advisors support customers with enquiries and help promote our products, services and centres. You’ll take ownership of both electronic and phone enquiries, understanding each customer’s needs and providing clear, friendly and professional solutions.
As part of our Customer Experience Team, you’ll deliver first‑class service that helps retain and attract customers. Based in Holmes Chapel, you’ll build strong knowledge of our full product range and play an active role in promoting services and supporting sales campaigns. You’ll be approachable, target‑driven and motivated to achieve positive outcomes for customers.
With experience in a customer‑focused role and an understanding of leisure management systems, you’ll feel confident handling a wide variety of enquiries and resolving issues effectively.
Salary: Grade D - £12.86 per hour
Hours: Full Time (6 month Maternity Cover until Feb 2027) Mon–Fri 9am–7:30pm Saturday 9am–2pm Sunday 9am–12:30pm.
