Overview

What’s better than helping someone achieve their goals!? With a starting salary of £24,099 pro rata per annum, our Health & Fitness Advisors (Gym Instructors) are passionate professionals who help people to live well & for longer.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver incredible inductions and design programmes to help people achieve their goals.
  • Be a friendly face on the gym floor, help customers of all ages & abilities with their health & fitness needs – from new gym users, to rehabilitation and pushing the hardcore harder.
  • Keep our gyms vibrant, safe & clean places that people want to come back to time and time again.

Requirements

  • Qualified to Level 2 (L2).

Salary and Hours

Salary: Starting Salary £24,099 (pro rata per annum). Contracted roles follow a three point grading structure, with the opportunity to advance annually through the PDR (Performance and Development Review) process. Hours: 37 per week (these will include early mornings, evenings & weekends).
