Are you a passionate fitness professional looking for an all-round role? We have the perfect opportunity for you as a highly motivated and passionate Fitness Experience Lead (Gym Instructor & Personal Trainer).
Join our team at our centre in Alderley Park, Cheshire, where our state-of-the-art facilities are open to all, including residents and workers at the Park and the local community.
As an inspirational fitness professional who enjoys personal training and group exercise, you should be able to tailor experiences to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Responsibilities include:
- Greeting customers with a warm welcome at reception and assisting with enquiries (e.g., class information, memberships, sports bookings).
- Supporting customers through their fitness journey with inductions, programs, personal training, and gym-floor classes using equipment such as the Omnia rig.
- Setting up and putting down sporting equipment (e.g., badminton, netball, football).
- Maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and freshness of the centre.
This role offers a rewarding opportunity to help people enjoy their leisure time and develop a career in fitness and leisure. The role requires elements of gym floor class coverage, including OMNIA.
Qualifications and hours:
- Level 3 Personal Trainer qualification required.
- 37 hours per week.
Salary: Β£12.71 per hour.
Location: Everybody @ Alderley Park.
