Leisure Apprenticeship - Level 2. Join our team as a leisure apprentice and learn in a supportive environment while earning nationally recognised qualifications in lifeguarding (NPLQ), swimming teaching (Swim England) and gym instruction (L2 Qualification). The apprenticeship runs for approximately 18 months and is open to anyone with no age limit. We are an accredited Investors in People (IIP) employer. Everybody received the Training and Development Award at the 2024 East Cheshire Business Awards.
Responsibilities
- Work in one of our 9 swimming pool facilities as part of a team.
- Carry out a range of work activities and support the leisure team.
- Shift work, including early mornings, evenings and weekends.
