Regional Swimming Manager - Manchester (£38,000 per year, overseeing the swimming programme across Cheshire) At Everybody Health & Leisure, we are seeking an inspiring and experienced leader to oversee one of the region's largest and most successful swim programmes, supporting over 10,000 swimmers each week. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about aquatics, people development and delivering exceptional customer experiences. You'll play a key role in shaping the future of our swimming programme, leading a team of managers, driving performance and ensuring our swimmers receive the highest quality experience from their very first lesson through to advanced stages. The Role: The Regional Swimming Manager will be responsible for the strategic development, management and performance of all areas of the Everybody swimming product, with a key focus on the company’s ‘Learn to Swim’ and Education swimming schemes. The Regional Swimming Manager will also be expected to provide support for the Senior Swim Leads to ensure the effective management and deployment of all staff and resources within the area of swimming within their respective centres. Experience, Training & Skills that will help you within this Role: A Swimming teaching qualification (e.g. Swim England Level 2 Swimming Teacher) or substantial aquatic programme experience. Swim England Aquatic Coordinator qualification, desirable but not essential Experience leading teams within aquatics, leisure, sport, education, or a customer focused environment. A track record of managing and developing people, including supporting other managers to achieve their goals. Experience overseeing programmes, services, or operations. Strong organisational skills, with the ability to balance multiple priorities and drive results. A passion for creating positive experiences for customers, participants, and colleagues. Confidence using data and insights to improve performance, participation, and retention. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement. Experience within the aquatics or leisure sector. Experience & Knowledge of swim school programmes. However, 30 hours over 4 days may be considered for the right candidate. Contract: 18 Month Contract (Maternity Cover).
