We're looking for a Duty Manager to support the smooth, safe and effective operation of our leisure centre.
This role is ideal for someone who is organised, confident in leading a team and committed to delivering a high-quality experience for all visitors.
- What the role involves -
- Overseeing day-to-day operations to ensure services run efficiently.
- Leading the team on shift and supporting a positive, customer-focused working environment.
- Taking responsibility for health and safety, customer care and incident management.
- Managing bookings, supporting financial processes and ensuring compliance with centre procedures.
- Contributing to external accreditations such as Quest and Investors in People.
- Completing site‑specific checks and maintaining high operational standards across all areas.
