We\’re seeking a passionate and ambitious Catering Manager to manage our on-site café and soft play area. You\’ll be comfortable front of house serving customers as well as in the kitchen preparing food, with a new soft play area to also oversee. With personal high standards, you\’ll have a track record of delivering excellent services and food hygiene standards.
You will take ownership of the café through stock control, labour, and service.
Ideally you\’ll have some experience of managing events and functions, as these will form part of your role (such as private parties, sporting events, conferences, or meetings).
You\’ll ensure teams are trained, engaged, and able to give of their best. Working with local staff at the centre, you\’ll offer catering services that meet the needs of both centres and customers.

Hours of work: Shifts generally between 8.00 am and 7.30 pm, we are a seven-day operation so a share of weekend work is required as well as occasional evening work for events.
Full time: 37 hours
Salary: £25,707 – £28,838 (Grade G)
