We're looking for Level 1 Qualified Assistant Swimming Teachers to join our team and support the delivery of high-quality swimming lessons for children and adults. This role is ideal for someone who is confident in the water, committed to safety, and motivated to help learners develop an essential life skill.
Responsibilities
- Supporting structured, engaging swimming lessons in line with our Learn to Swim programme
- Supporting learners of all ages and abilities to build confidence and progress at their own pace
- Creating a safe, positive environment that encourages enjoyment and skill development
- Communicating effectively with parents, guardians, and colleagues to support a consistent learning experience
- Maintaining high standards of safeguarding, supervision, and poolside safety
Qualifications
- Level 1 Assistant Swimming Teacher qualification (essential)
- Experience teaching children and/or adults in a swimming lesson environment
- A calm, supportive approach that helps learners feel confident and motivated
- Strong communication and organisational skills
