The predicted salary is between 30000 - 42000 £ per year.

We are looking for a Designer to cover a maternity leave within our current Creative Team, from mid-May 2025 onwards. As a Designer, you will play a key role in driving forward our creative offer, on everything from paid social ads to UX and digital design. You’ll work closely with our strategists and clients to understand the goals of our projects and develop potential solutions alongside the rest of the creative team. You’ll use information from our data and analytics team to reflect on the performance of the social campaigns and web experiences you work on and suggest opportunities for optimization. You’ll be ambitious with your solutions and focus on developing creative that offer the best practice and innovation to our clients.

Responsibilities

  • Design Creation: Conceptualize, design, and produce high-quality assets including but not limited to social media assets, display ads, email templates, infographics, research reports, and landing pages.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure all design work aligns with clients' brand guidelines and maintains a consistent visual identity across all channels. Act as a brand guardian for Everybody and support internal teams with the design of key deliverables.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the creative team, copywriters, and marketing strategists to develop design concepts that support campaign strategy and messaging and resonate with key audiences.
  • Adaptability: Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and design best practices to continually improve our design offerings.
  • Client Interaction: Participate in client meetings and presentations to discuss design concepts, gather feedback, and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, be proactive in addressing issues with capacity or deadlines and deliver on agreed timelines whilst maintaining a high quality of work.
  • Testing and Optimization: Collaborate with the relevant teams to conduct testing and performance analysis of design assets and landing pages and recommend changes accordingly.
  • Cross-Platform Optimization: Optimize designs for various digital platforms and devices to ensure a seamless user experience across desktop, mobile, and tablet.

Qualifications

  • Experience working in an agency environment.
  • Strong graphic design skills with experience developing design for a range of outputs across social and web content and document design.
  • Some experience in UX and web design, including an understanding of user journeys and ability to wireframe and implement simple web design.
  • Strong collaboration skills and enthusiasm to use analytics and data to assess and improve the performance of adverts and websites.
  • Understanding of cross-channel user journeys and the importance of brand experiences.
  • Conceptual thinker with an excellent eye for design.
  • Interest in innovative and interactive digital experiences and their applications in marketing.
  • Good project management skills with the ability to prioritize workload for maximum impact.
  • Proficiency with the Adobe Suite.
