About every
At every, we’re building the future of healthy convenience food. Our mission is simple: make food that is tasty, healthy, and sustainable — accessible to everyone, everywhere. We’re growing fast across Europe and are looking for people who want to help build a food brand that people genuinely love.
The Role
We’re looking for a Dutch Translator and Localization Expert to own and elevate all written content for our Dutch-speaking market. This isn’t a translation role, but rather an editor role. We’re looking for someone to help us ensure that everything we publish, from landing pages to emails feels written for your market, resonates locally, and supports sustainable international growth. You’ll work closely with Brand, CRM, Performance Marketing, Ecommerce, and Product Marketing, acting as the local voice and market expert who helps us understand what truly resonates and what doesn’t. The role reports into the Senior Brand Manager and operates with a high degree of autonomy. If you’re a strong proofreader in the D2C marketing space, and understand how language, culture, and customer journeys impact performance, and you’re motivated to help a fast‑growing subscription brand scale successfully across European markets, then we’d love to talk with you.

- Provide feedback on customer needs, objections, and cultural nuances
- Flag messaging, offers, or UX elements that don’t translate well locally
- Share market input on influencer and creator content to ensure cultural relevance and brand alignment
- Optimize for performance
- Improve conversion‑focused content on landing pages and key funnels
- Support SEO localization: search intent, phrasing, and keyword nuance
- Collaborate with CRM to optimize email and lifecycle messaging for engagement
- Enable scalable expansion
- Help build repeatable localization workflows
- Document learnings and market insights for future rollouts
- Collaborate with central content team to improve AI + human localization processes
Who you are
- A market-native editor
- Native‑level Dutch, can write Dutch with excellent grammar, clarity, and nuance.
- Fluent in English as a working language
