MacIntyre Academies is seeking an inspirational Behaviour, Safeguarding and Wellbeing Manager for our Headington school in Oxfordshire. Reporting to the Deputy Principal, you will oversee pupil behaviour and wellbeing, support safeguarding, and help improve learning outcomes and student resilience.
The role requires clear communication, attention to detail and the ability to model best practice. It is a 38-hour week, 42 weeks per year (Term-Time plus 3 weeks).
