We are currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Compliance Coordinator to join a busy recruitment support team within the healthcare sector. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced environment where your organisational skills and eye for detail will be highly valued.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities will Include:

  • Support the compliance process for a high volume of candidates, working alongside a team of Compliance Coordinators.
  • Assist with gathering and verifying documentation such as references, DBS applications, and training certificates.
  • Communicate with candidates via email and Teams calls to chase missing information and provide guidance.
  • Accurately log all communication attempts and updates in the internal Applicant Tracking System.
  • Collaborate with the wider recruitment team.
  • Contribute to a large-scale audit by reviewing candidate files for compliance with documentation requirements (e.g., Right to Work checks, proof of address, ID, NI details).
  • Prepare clear, professional emails to request outstanding documents or clarify compliance issues.
