Job Description A busy and growing organisation is looking for an experienced FM Helpdesk Coordinator. This role will suit someone organised, proactive, and confident managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. What you\βll be doing β Act as a first point of contact for service requests β Log, prioritise, and manage reactive and planned maintenance tasks β Allocate work to engineers and subcontractors β Monitor job progress and ensure timely completion β Maintain accurate CAFM records, asset data, and compliance documentation β Issue and manage PPM schedules β Coordinate specialist visits and chase reports β Raise purchase orders and process supplier invoices β Resolve basic PO and invoice queries What we\βre looking for We\βre looking for someone who is: β Experienced in an FM Helpdesk (or similar) role β Highly organised with excellent multitasking skills β Excellent at communicating with customer service abilities β Calm and structured in their approach within a reactive environment β Confident using CAFM systems (essential) If you have the necessary FM Helpdesk experience and would like to hear more about this opportunity, then we would certainly welcome your Application!
