Here at Every Step Recruitment, Sales & Marketing, we are excited to be supporting our Client with a Digital Marketing assistant role, This is a full-time, permanent, office-based role.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Creating and implementing social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and online presence.
- Analysing social media data and metrics to evaluate performance, identify trends, and provide insights for future optimisation and conversion
- Conducting keyword research to identify new content opportunities
- Managing the content creation process
- Monitoring SEO KPIs, website performance and metrics
- Analysing competitors to evaluate the strength and weaknesses of their strategies
- Support the Affiliate Marketing channels by addressing concerns, answering questions, resolving issues, and providing affiliates with tools for a successful campaign for the brand
- Proactively develop and manage an engaged influencer network.
- Producing high-quality written content for the Brand
- Collaborating closely with Product Owners, Developer Team, external agencies and other relevant departments
You will have the following skills and attributes:
- Graduate degree or equivalent in relevant discipline (preferred)

Good knowledge of the major social media platforms
- Strong on Marketing systems including Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop) Adobe Express, Canva, CRM ect
- A passion for digital technology
- Data-driven
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and a team-orientated working style
