Every Living Thing Connects is a quarterly ethnobotanical magazine where plants become characters with personalities, cultural stories, and scientific wonder. We\’re growing our subscriber base and building a community of curious minds who see the world through connection, discovery, and authentic exploration.

We offer quarterly and annual subscriptions for both our magazine and educational resources, serving families, educators, herbalists, and nature enthusiasts.

The Role: Subscription Sales Specialist

As a Subscription Sales Specialist, you\’ll generate revenue by converting prospects into subscribers through outreach, networking, and relationship building. You\’ll also have the opportunity to recruit affiliate marketers to expand our reach. This is a 100% commission-based role—your earnings are directly tied to your sales performance.

Core Responsibilities:

Direct Sales (Primary Focus):

• Reach out to potential subscribers through cold and warm outreach
• Follow up with interested prospects and answer questions about ELTC
• Convert inquiries into subscriptions (quarterly or annual, magazine or educational)
• Promote ELTC, in online communities, and relevant groups
• Generate leads through your personal and professional network
• Track your sales and report monthly
• Represent ELTC\’s values authentically in all interactions

What We\’re Looking For

Essential Skills:

• Sales experience OR natural enthusiasm and persistence
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• Comfort with outreach (email, phone, social media, in-person)
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Ability to track your own sales and report accurately
• Reliable follow-through with prospects

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with cold outreach or lead generation
• Networking ability and relationship building
• Understanding of subscription-based business models
• Familiarity with herbalism, education, or nature-based communities (helpful for targeting)
• For affiliate recruitment: Ability to identify and engage influencers/content creators

Time Commitment & Schedule

Completely Flexible:

• Work as much or as little as you want
• No minimum hours required
• No set schedule (work evenings, weekends, whenever suits you)
• Commission-based means you control your earnings

Commission structure:

• 20% on quarterly magazine subscriptions (£2.40 per sale)
• 30% on annual magazine subscriptions (£12.00 per sale)
• 20% on quarterly educational subscriptions (£12.25 per sale)
• 30% on annual educational subscriptions (£48.60 per sale)
• Bonus tier: 35% on ALL sales after 10 sales in a quarter

Retention bonus each quarter = 5%

Top Tier seller 50+ sales per quarter = 7% bonus.
