About The Role
The VP, Global Marketing Strategy (Maternity Cover) will provide senior leadership and continuity for Everway’s central marketing function. This is an immediate, 6-month fixed‑term need. This role is accountable for delivering the existing global marketing and brand strategy, ensuring campaigns are executed effectively across regions, and acting as the connective tissue between central strategy and regional delivery. Working closely with the CMO and regional marketing leaders, this leader will focus on execution, enablement, and performance, ensuring the function continues to operate at pace and with clarity.
Main Responsibilities
- Strategic Campaign Leadership Partner with the CMO to execute the agreed Everway Marketing and Brand Strategy. Own and manage the global marketing campaign calendar, ensuring delivery against business priorities. Translate business and product priorities into clear, actionable campaign briefs in partnership with Product Marketing, Brand, Content, and Sales. Ensure campaigns drive pipeline impact, brand visibility, and customer engagement across regions.
- Campaign Enablement Track and review global campaign performance against defined success metrics. Partner with Marketing Operations to ensure accurate reporting and insight‑led decision making. Share cross‑regional learnings and best practices to continuously improve effectiveness.
