About the role
We are looking for a Senior Systems Administrator (Rev Tech) to join our Information Systems team, responsible for the technical ownership, administration, and optimisation of our Revenue Technology stack.
This role will play a critical part in ensuring our commercial systems (e. g.
Gong, Quota Path, ABM platforms, and related tools) are reliable, well-integrated, and enabling scalable revenue operations.
You will work closely with our Salesforce team, Data team, and business stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance to ensure systems and integrations support end-to-end revenue processes and help optimise the tech stack to deliver tech efficiencies to the company.
Responsibilities
- Rev Tech System Ownership
- Own the administration, configuration, and ongoing optimisation of non-Salesforce Rev Tech tools (e. g. Gong, Quota Path, ABM platforms, enablement tools).
- Act as the technical SME for the Rev Tech ecosystem, ensuring systems are scalable, secure, and aligned to business needs.
- Understanding of Salesforce Einstein Conversation Insights (ECI)
- Manage system performance, releases, upgrades, and vendor relationships where required.
- Integration & Architecture
- Design, implement, and maintain integrations between Rev Tech systems and Salesforce, ERP, and other core platforms.
- Help move the organisation away from point-to-point integrations towards a more scalable, centralised integration architecture.
- Work with integration platforms (e. g. Mulesoft, Workato, Dell Boomi or similar) to orchestrate data flows and automation.
- Ensure data consistency, integrity, and reliability across systems.
- Process Enablement
- Partner with Rev Ops, Sales, Marketing, and CS teams to translate business requirements into system solutions.
- Support key revenue processes such as lead-to-opportunity, quote-to-cash, and customer lifecycle management.
- Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Data & Reporting
- Ensure accurate and timely data flows between systems to support reporting and analytics.
- Collaborate with the Data team to ensure Rev Tech data is properly modelled and available in downstream systems (e. g. Databricks, BI tools).
- Governance & Best Practice
- Establish and maintain standards for system configuration, documentation, and change management.
- Ensure appropriate access controls, compliance, and auditability across the Rev Tech stack.
- Contribute to overall enterprise architecture and systems strategy.
Essential Criteria
- Proven experience administering and supporting Rev Tech / commercial systems (e. g. Gong, Quota Path, Outreach, Salesloft, ABM platforms, etc.).
- Strong experience designing and managing system integrations across Saa S platforms.
- Hands-on experience with integration tools (e. g. Mulesoft, Workato, Dell Boomi, Tray. io, or similar).
- Solid understanding of CRM-centric architectures, with Salesforce as a core system.
- Understanding of Einstein Conversation Insights (ECI) and its position in the Rev Tech landscape.
- Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders (Sales, Marketing, Finance, CS).
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
Desirable Criteria
- Experience working in a high-growth Saa S environment.
- Familiarity with data platforms (e. g. Databricks, Snowflake) and data pipelines.
- Exposure to quote-to-cash processes and Rev Ops tooling

How to prepare for a job interview at Everway
✨Brush Up on Your Coding Skills
For a full-time software engineering role, it's crucial that we stay sharp with our coding abilities. Expect technical questions that might involve solving problems on the spot or discussing algorithms. Practise on platforms like LeetCode or HackerRank to get comfortable with the types of questions that often come up.
✨Know Your Tools and Frameworks
Make sure we’re well-acquainted with the tools and technologies listed in the job description. Familiarise ourselves with any specific frameworks or programming languages mentioned. If Everway uses React or Node.js, for instance, be ready to discuss how we’ve used them in previous projects or coursework.

Make sure we can talk through our thought process for each project, especially the challenges we faced and how we solved them—this shows our problem-solving skills in action.
✨Prepare for Behavioural Questions
While technical skills are key, full-time positions also require cultural fit. Be ready to discuss our previous experiences and how we handle teamwork, conflict, and deadlines. Brush up on the STAR method—Situation, Task, Action, Result—to clearly articulate our past experiences when discussing how we've contributed to a team.
