About the role

We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Administrator (Rev Tech) to join our Information Systems team, responsible for the technical ownership, administration, and optimisation of our Salesforce based Revenue Technology stack.

This role will play a critical part in ensuring our commercial systems (Sales Cloud, Gong, Quota Path, ABM platforms, and other related tools) are reliable, well-integrated, and enabling scalable revenue operations.

You will work within our Salesforce team, liaising closely with the data team, and business stakeholders across Sales, Customer Success, and Finance to ensure systems and integrations support end-to-end revenue processes and help optimise the tech stack to deliver tech efficiencies to the company.

Responsibilities

  • Rev Tech System Ownership
  • Act as the technical SME for the Rev Tech ecosystem, ensuring systems are scalable, secure, and aligned to business needs.
  • Own the administration, configuration, and ongoing optimisation of Rev Tech tools (Salesforce Sales Cloud, Gong, Quota Path, ABM platforms, enablement tools).
  • Integration & Data
  • Monitor and support integrations between Salesforce, Rev Tech tools and other key business systems.
  • Investigate data-flow issues and work with internal engineering teams or external partners to resolve them.
  • Gather requirements and contribute Salesforce expertise to integration design.
  • Support the move towards an enterprise integration model using Mule Soft.
  • Process Enablement
  • Support key revenue processes such as lead-to-opportunity, quote-to-cash, and customer lifecycle management.

Partner with Rev Ops, Sales, Finance and CS teams to translate business requirements into system solutions.

  • Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and improve operational efficiency.
  • Data & Reporting
  • Ensure accurate and timely data flows between systems to support reporting and analytics.
  • Collaborate with the Data team to ensure Rev Tech data is properly modelled and available in downstream systems (e. g. Databricks, BI tools).
  • Governance & Best Practice
  • Establish and maintain standards for system configuration, documentation, and change management.
  • Ensure appropriate access controls, compliance, and auditability across the Rev Tech stack.
  • Contribute to overall enterprise architecture and systems strategy.

Essential Criteria

  • Strong hands-on Salesforce administration experience using Sales Cloud.
  • Experience configuring Salesforce Flow, validation rules, permission sets, integrations, reports and dashboards.
  • Experience supporting Rev Ops systems such as Gong, Quota Path, Outreach, Salesloft or similar platforms.
  • A good understanding of Saa S integrations and how data moves between Salesforce and connected systems.
  • Experience supporting revenue processes such as lead-to-opportunity, customer lifecycle management or quote-to-cash.
  • Ability to translate requirements from Sales, Customer Success and Finance into practical system improvements.
  • Strong troubleshooting, documentation and stakeholder-management skills.

Desirable Criteria

  • Experience with Einstein Conversation Insights, Gong or similar conversation intelligence tools
  • Experience working in an M&A, PE backed, high-growth Saa S environment.
  • Hands-on experience with Mulesoft.
  • Familiarity with data platforms (e. g. Databricks, Snowflake) and data pipelines.
  • Exposure to quote-to-cash processes and Rev Ops tooling.

How to prepare for a job interview at Everway

✨Brush Up on Your Coding Skills

For a full-time software engineering role, it's crucial that we stay sharp with our coding abilities. Expect technical questions that might involve solving problems on the spot or discussing algorithms. Practise on platforms like LeetCode or HackerRank to get comfortable with the types of questions that often come up.

✨Know Your Tools and Frameworks

Make sure we’re well-acquainted with the tools and technologies listed in the job description. Familiarise ourselves with any specific frameworks or programming languages mentioned. If Everway uses React or Node.js, for instance, be ready to discuss how we’ve used them in previous projects or coursework.

✨Showcase Your Projects

Bring along a portfolio that highlights our best work. This could be code samples, GitHub repositories, or any side projects we’ve built. Make sure we can talk through our thought process for each project, especially the challenges we faced and how we solved them—this shows our problem-solving skills in action.

✨Prepare for Behavioural Questions

While technical skills are key, full-time positions also require cultural fit. Be ready to discuss our previous experiences and how we handle teamwork, conflict, and deadlines. Brush up on the STAR method—Situation, Task, Action, Result—to clearly articulate our past experiences when discussing how we've contributed to a team.
