About the role
As a Senior Business Analyst, you'll work across Sales, Customer Success, Finance and Marketing to understand business needs and translate them into scalable technology solutions.
You'll help shape improvements across the Salesforce ecosystem and connected enterprise systems, ensuring technology supports efficient processes and delivers measurable business value.
Working with stakeholders across the organisation, you'll gather requirements, analyse business processes and collaborate with technical teams to deliver solutions that support Everway's strategic objectives, whilst helping align technologies across multiple business units.
Main responsibilities
In this role, you will
- Partner with stakeholders across Sales, Customer Success, Finance and Marketing to understand business needs and define solution requirements.
- Translate business requirements into clear user stories, functional specifications and process documentation.
- Collaborate with Salesforce administrators, developers, data engineers and technology partners to design scalable business solutions.
- Analyse business processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, data quality and user experience.
- Work with Information Systems, Security and Compliance teams to ensure solutions align with governance, security and data management standards.
- Facilitate communication between business and technical teams, managing expectations and supporting successful delivery.
- Produce and maintain high-quality documentation, including business requirements, process maps and functional specifications.
- Use data and business insight to support decision-making and recommend continuous improvements across systems and processes.
Essential Criteria
- 3+ years' experience in business analysis, delivering system implementation or business process improvement initiatives.
- Experience gathering, analysing and documenting business and functional requirements.
- Strong understanding of CRM platforms, primarily Salesforce Clouds, and associated business processes.
- Demonstrated ability to analyse business processes and recommend practical improvements.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience working across multiple business functions.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience producing high-quality business analysis artefacts, including process maps, user stories and functional specifications.
- Experience using reporting or business intelligence tools to analyse information and support decision-making.
Desirable Criteria
- Experience working with ERP platforms, ideally Sage Intacct.
- Background in aligning technology across multiple business acquisitions.
- Knowledge of Salesforce Marketing and Service Clouds and their integration with Salesforce Sales Cloud.
- Experience within a Saa S or technology-led organisation.
- Familiarity with process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma.
- Experience using AI-enabled tools to support business analysis, documentation, process modelling or insight generation.
